Discovery of Quercetin as a Potential Entry Inhibitor of Nipah Virus: A Path Toward Antiviral Therapy
Published in International Journal of Molecular Sciences, 27(18), 8026, 2026
This study combines high-throughput virtual screening, molecular dynamics simulations, and BSL-2 cell-based bioassays to identify quercetin as a stable, highly effective entry inhibitor targeting the Nipah virus (NiV) attachment G-glycoprotein.
