This study presents a comprehensive immunoinformatics pipeline for designing a multi-epitope vaccine candidate against monkeypox virus, integrating epitope prediction, antigenicity and allergenicity screening, protein structure modeling, and molecular docking to identify a stable, immunogenic vaccine construct.
